Returns Policy

At Saltwater & Sun, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Be in original packaging

  • Have all original tags attached 

For hygiene reasons:

  • Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact

  • Swimwear without the hygiene seal or tags cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Swimwear without hygiene stickers

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
